Notes about conferencing:
Even a small amount of sound in the background of where you are comes across the phone and skype lines as very loud. Mobile phones and skype often create echos or static. And you won't even be able to hear the effect you are having on everyone else. They can hear it but you cannot. So to attempt to minimize the noise level please choose a quiet place where there is no one else in the background, no phones, animals, etc. If this is impossible please mute yourself. Most phones these days have a mute button on them. If not I will be giving instructions for muting and unmuting.
I intend for the call to be open where people can spontaneously speak but sometimes there is too much noise on the line. If that is the case I will be muting all and having people mute/unmute as they wish to speak.
Also, if you have Google voice or other free phone lines they have begun blocking conference call numbers. Apprently they incur large charges every time the connect with a number from a rural location which most conference lines use. They have no way of recouping the costs so they have blocked those numbers. Consider using Skype instead. With all of that said, I am really looking forward to having you join me!!!!

To Prepare for the Conference.
There are two parts to this conference. We will be meeting online via a video conferencing page. And we will use a phone bridge line for the audio component.
An hour before the conference starts I will post a link on this page that will give detailed instructions how to join the video and audio. There will be links on that page to get into the video page along with a password.
The audio will be through a phone bridge line. There will be a phone number and the passcode. If you do not have a long distance plan there will be an option to join via Skype.
If you plan to join via Skype please make sure you have a Skype account set up in advance. Once you have a Skype account set up click on Add Contact and type in freeconferencecallhd.7676. Then you will be ready to join in on the day of the conference. Skype makes things confusing. At first it does not appear to be added to your list. But when you go back in it will be there.
Please note: the last time Skype updated it took the dial pad off the panel you call from. So once you click on free conferencecallhd.7676 you will have to click above on Call and then select Show Dial Pad, and then the dial pad will be available to you.
I suggest you set this up in advance to make this easy on you the day of the call.
